I move in all directions, I am all things. I am in every blade of glass, I am the teardrop which is the body of the ocean, I am the sun, moon and wind. I am in all these things and they are all in me. A thread of light weaves us all together, from the tiniest element to the endless universe. We are made from the same energy. Give love to all things, people, animals, plants and mountains, for the spirit is one.
The earth is a living breathing magical place and it is ours. We need to look after our beautiful earth for the earth is what keeps us alive. Mother nature cares for us by providing us with everything we need to survive, just like us she has a body and she shares it with all beings. She wakes with us providing us with warmth every single day and she sleeps with us too, allowing us a tiny glimpse of what lies beyond earth through the flawless twinkling night sky. We work in perfect harmony together but over time we have forgotten about how much we need her to survive and how much we need to look after her.
We are the tiny little cells moving in and around this body, we have a choice to be either the good healing cells or the disease depending on how we choose to flow through her. If you look around you, you will begin to notice how much similarity we have to the earth. The rivers are the earths veins, just as blood flows through us the ocean flows through her too. The trees are the earths lungs, she breathes too and we need to help her breathe in order to be able to breathe ourselves.
As the most powerful species on earth, humans collectively need to be more cautious of how much we pollute her body because by doing so we are simultaneously polluting our own too.
Look after her the same way she looks after you.
“We do not inherit the earth from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children”
-Native American proverb
What can we do to help her? By being consciously present in the moment we can pay more attention to our daily actions, our individual help means everything to the world. Here are some ways you can get started today:

- Using less water at home
- Using less electricity and more starlight and candles 🌟
- Protecting animals
- Eating organic vegetables and less meat (or eat more organic and local sourced meat)
- Nourishing yourself and cultivating energetic healings on yourself. Practicing healing in nature by giving the earth gratitude and love.
