Your body is your temple ☽

Dear fellow beings,
.. why do we need to put a label on who we are?
we are not what we do for a career,
we are not our clothes,
we are not our hobbies.. Ah yes they can help us grow, but when you strip ALL of this material clothing away, who are you then? are you still the true you? and who are you now without?

Are you your thoughts?…

Let go of thoughts as freely as they come, they are not you either.
Quiet your mind and it will speak to you most then. Listen to the inner knowingness of your true self. Your intuition, your higher self, your soul. It is not through thoughts or words, it’s a knowingness that speaks to your heart.

You can think of the human body as a beautiful flower which needs nourishing, love and care to bloom. Our physical and energetic body are particularly nourished by food. Once you consume a piece of food, it then supplies it to your blood to produce energy, this is the bloom, or gloom depending on what you choose to ingest. Every single thing we consume affects and creates our body both physically and mentally in the way it functions. In order to maintain a healthy mind, we need to create healthy eating habits.

It is important to maintain a balanced amount of everything we eat and consume all the colours of the rainbow from fresh fruit and vegetables, this is where all the good nutrients our bodies need are. These foods are provided to us by mother nature and are natures beauty, not only in how beautiful they look and how tasty they are, but mainly because of how wonderful they work within our bodies and can make us feel.

Understanding how each vitamin works and which fruit contains each one is a great step to a new beginning of healthy eating for a healthy mind and in return allows you a flow of healthy living. Most mammals can produce Vitamin C naturally, however human beings need to eat food which contains vitamin c in order to produce it in our bodies.

Vitamin C is an antioxidant to help protect us from free radicals (which are disruptions to the way our cells form by stealing and attacking our electrons), eventually these free radicals create a chain effect if they aren’t neutralised by an antioxidant such as the special Vitamin C. Antioxidants are essential for optimising our health and combat potential damages to our cellular structure and DNA.

Electrons are also essential because they are the electrical signals running through our entire bodies, from our body to our mind, everything we do is controlled and enabled by electrons. You can think about the body and the importance of electrons in the same way a light bulb works – just like a light bulb needs to be plugged into electricity in order to work, these bolts of electricity in our body work in the same way and are crucial to our survival. This is why we need to look after our electrons by powering up with antioxidants provided by Vitamin C.

Food containing high vitamin c includes all fruit (mainly orange, lemon, wild blueberry and kakadu plum to name a few) and dark leafy greens such as kale, broccoli and parsley.
