At Being we have been researching and reading about ancient healing tools that have been discovered by beings who have travelled the world to study cultures of different tribes known for their longevity. These beings are living to 150 years old and even more amazing, there are women who are having babies at 70-80 years old. We have, along with other beings we know, applied these tools to our lifestyle for a long time now and have noticed an incredible difference in our health overall and also our energy levels. We would like to share this helpful knowledge with you too.
Our body loves us unconditionally. Even if you put that fatty burger or chocolate cake in your body, your liver will still detoxify your blood from it, however just like any relationship, you can’t overburden it with food that will harm it. Your relationship with your body needs nurturing and love in return. This doesn’t mean having a little bit of bad food and drink throughout the day, every day or multiple times a week. This is when the term ‘everything in moderation’ has been applied very wrongly. We have to choose good foods in moderation every day or at least healthier options and nothing less! There are plenty of delicious and healthy options out there if you look or talk to other people who are doing it. Give your body food it loves and it will support you in healing, restoring cells and preventing dis-ease. Disease isn’t something that ‘just happens’, it’s something that happens when your body is in ‘dis-ease’. Inside the word ‘disease’ itself it tells you that it means not at ease. Disease is when your body is unbalanced, upset with something you’re either doing too much of or not doing enough of.
Most western medicine practices will say that you have a disease because it’s ‘in the genes’ when in reality and in fact, DNA is a dynamic and adaptable molecule. DNA is a constantly changing organism as a result of a phenomenon called epigenetics, a process where the genetic function of the DNA changes. Depending on our current state of health, we can create beautiful radiant healthy cells or unhealthy cells for our DNA genetic function. We can reverse the health of our bodies by regenerating these cells through our every day lifestyle. Everything we consume or put onto our body goes into our skin then into our blood and finally into our cells. It may seem impossible to achieve but our body is on constant flow creating cells every single minute of the day and all these cells make up our entire body.
What your cells love:
- A good nights rest.
- Fresh air away from the city, spending more time outdoors in nature.
- A good amount of fresh water (not tap water, either properly filtered or distilled to eliminate the chlorine and heavy metals)
- Healthy gut flora (fermented foods)
- Plant based diets (organic fruit and green + variety of other coloured vegetables – this can be tricky as a lot of places can say they’re organic when they aren’t. Try to probe them about where their farm is and to see their certificate)
- Relaxation methods – (whatever that means for you, could be tai chi, yoga, laying on your bed in the dark, drinking a tea, etc)
- Natural soaps and cleaning products (opt to find ones with natural and limited ingredients or you could use essential oils like us which works even better).
- Filtering your shower and bath from any chlorine and fluoride.
- Chlorella and Spirulina powders.
- Meditation visualisations.
- Exercise – yoga, pilates, walking, whatever works for your body best.
What your cells don’t like:
- Lack of sleep.
- Polluted air.
- Drinking and smoking (even passive smoking is just as destructive).
- Processed food and fast food.
- Eating a high meat diet (they are full of bad fats, chemicals and hormones our body doesn’t like)
- Dairy (causes inflammation in the body)
- Sugars (this is the worst thing for your liver and creates an ideal home for yeast and fungi in the body).
- Wheat (gluten is very hard to digest).
- TV, social media, wifi, phones (wear an Orgonite to protect yourself from these, limit your time, don’t watch tv or don’t have one in the living room like us)
- Microwaves (just don’t use them or even own one, I still don’t know how they’re still even legal)
- Vaccines (they carry heavy metals and this creates heavy metal toxicity in the body)
- Stress.
- Chemicals and toxins found in soaps and cleaning products.
Society also conditions us to believe that Western Medicine is the only real way when there are many alternatives to naturally healing your body without the need for putting toxic chemicals/drugs in or on our body. There are SO many alternative ways of healing yourself and tons of information out there to access.
Chinese Medicine has been used for over 2000 years and Essential Oils have been used for healing over 5000 years and are still healing millions of people today. Most indigenous tribes have relied on plants as medicine haven’t touched by western medicine. These are the beings living to 150 years old and having babies at 70-80 years old. My partner and I have met 75 year olds that are still active and healthy like 30 year olds! It’s honestly very amazing and inspiring to see.
When faced with complicated health problems, the Lakota Indians would stand facing the Aurora Borealis and hold their hands towards the lights and inhale deeply. They believed that when the Aurora Borealis was visible the air was charged with healing energy. We can also positively affect our body’s cells and etheric body though visualisation mediations in extraordinary ways too. By using our energy we can cleanse our chakra meridians through meditation, as simple and powerful as seeing each chakra glowing vibrantly. We can even envisioning a white light beaming inside and our bodies, filling our cells with healthy and vital cells, eradicating any cells that may appear toxic.
It may seem like a lot of work or a dramatic change in your habits and lifestyle, and it is, but try to prioritise what is important to you and think about how you would like to live your life in your body right now and in your future body. You are creating your future body today. You are creating your children’s body too through the constitution of your own.
